The CSU Todos Santos Center, in partnership with the Department of Languages, Literatures, and Culture, is delighted to offer a unique opportunity to learn Spanish from the comfort of home. These non-credit, fully tutored courses are offered in Fall 2021 and include three hours of learning per week, delivered as a combination of live online lessons and specially prepared learning resources available via virtual learning platforms.

As part of each course, students will be learning together to practice language skills and build a virtual classroom community under the guidance of CSU Todos Santos Center Language Coordinator Olaf Morales, who is experienced in both classroom-based and online teaching.

The Intro II module is suitable for learners with no previous knowledge of the language or participants who want to strengthen their skills. It includes the basic rules of grammar:

  • Diferencia entre SER & ESTAR
  • El verbo TENER
  • ¿Cuánto cuesta(n)?
  • Los Posesivos (Singulares & Plurales)

and the following vocabulary items:

  • Adjetivos para describir estados físicos
  • Los números ( 0 – 1000)
  • Los opuestos (personas y cosas)

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8-9:30 a.m
  • There will be no class on Nov. 9

Class limit: 12 students per cohort
